Personal Information: Name, email address, and payment details (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
Social Media OAuth Tokens: When you connect LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, we store encrypted OAuth tokens. We never store your social media passwords.
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and scheduling activity.
Contact Form Data: Messages submitted via our contact form are routed to our support system (Zoho Desk).
3. How We Use Your Information

4. Social Media Platform Data
When you connect a social account, we access only the data necessary to fulfil your instructions:
→LinkedIn: Community Management API — posts on your behalf. Complies with LinkedIn API Terms.
→Facebook & Instagram: Meta Graph API — publishes to Pages you authorize. Complies with Meta Platform Policies.
→TikTok: Content Posting API — publishes videos you create. Complies with TikTok Developer Terms.
→YouTube: YouTube Data API v3 — uploads and schedules videos. Complies with Google API Services User Data Policy.
We do not sell, transfer, or use your social media data for advertising or AI model training without explicit consent.
5. Data Security
All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We use Supabase with Row Level Security. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
6. Third-Party Services
We use: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Resend (email), Zoho Desk (support), hCaptcha (spam protection), Sentry (errors), PostHog (analytics), Cloudflare (CDN), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics. Each governed by their own privacy policies.
7. Google AdSense
Our blog pages may display Google AdSense advertisements. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on prior visits. Opt out at Google Ads Settings.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; revoke OAuth access to any platform; object to processing; and request data portability. Email legal@gjtglobe.com to exercise these rights.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. On account deletion, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where required by law.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to persons under 18. Contact legal@gjtglobe.com if you believe a child has provided us with data.
